Contracts
A full range of service contracts are available to allow for individual
customer or site requirements. These include standard contracts which
specify a set number of days, to unlimited service agreements.
General Service
Remedial call out service is available outside contracted obligations.
These are contracted on an hourly rate based upon travel and on-site hours
with the addition of all incurred travel expenses.
Upgrades
Resources and alternatives are available through GB Scientific to enhance
or upgrade existing instrumentation ensuring access to current technology
at competitive rates. All upgrades are designed to supplement the customer's
current analytical equipment and techniques.
Instrument Relocation
GB Scientific can take on the relocation of mass spectrometers. Upon reinstallation,
the instrument would be brought up to the same specification determined
by the engineer prior to dismantling.
Telephone Support
A business phone line is available for any inquiries or technical
problems. It is GB Scientifics' policy to return telephone calls the same
day when circumstances allow.
Consultation Service
This service allows the customer to utilize the experience and knowledge
associated with and supporting GB Scientific. The customer has the option
of gaining on-site training for routine operations, data acquisition and
manipulation, preventive maintenance, simulation and diagnosis of systematic
faults, dependent upon the circumstances surrounding the service request.
